Why is my printer printing red horizontal lines all over the page?

The printer is only a year old. Epson photo R220

I fed a stack of envelopes through my printer (HP Photosmart 2600) and now when I try to print a regular page of print, the bottom two lines do not fully print. Did I mess up the alignment or something and what can I do to fix it. Any help would be appreciated...

they are about 4cm in from each side and are only half a mm width. any ideas of why it is doing it and how to stop it. Thanks :)
