Why won't my Blackberry wi-fi work?

I keep loosing service at my house and my bbm for my blackberry wont work unless if i have service. even when wifi is on n it says sos it still doesnt work i wanted to know why n yes i got data plan n everything.

wifi wont connect and establish connection and request dont send out of bbm does anyone know how to sort this out? atm i am roaming?

For some reason it doesnt work , it says its connected but i cant use it , bbm , blackberry app world and even facebook all dont work ... please tell me what i can do :)
