I just bought a Psp Off ebay With No instructions. I have a acre aspire laptop Windows vista Home Premium. And i bought a $20 Starter kit at walmart with the USB Cable. Well i plug it into my PSP and into the computer. Nothing happens on either of them. I checked My Computer, And nothings there. i tryed turning on Psp Still Nothing... What do i do??
