My sister gave me her Dell Inspiron 600M. The battery was partially torn so I used it for a while until it gave out. Before, my sister used my brother's chord from his laptop to charge the computer because this wasn't the first time the chord went bad. Now, when I try to plug in his chord to the computer, it won't start up. I've tried several times, but it doesn't seem to work. My brother has a Dell Inspiron 1501. It only starts up properly with the safe mode option and i cant figure out why and it does not allow me to do a system restore just says its not functioning properly and get the code 0x81000202
