Are there any companies that gives you job and also explicitly encourage you to prepare for Civil Services?

I asked this question because clearing Civil Services exam takes years (generally). Lets say atleast one year of preparation, almost one year of examination process, repeated attempts. So for an adult it is tough to don't have a job and prepare solely for UPSC. Also working in a company which doesn't encourages you preparing for UPSC is psychologically disturbing.
