my IPod had been in my pocket all day and died a few times ( i was at school and nowhere to charge it without getting caught by the teacher). as soon as i got home i plugged it in to charge, the screen turned completely white! it still played music through the earphones, but i couldn't see anything. then it completely stopped doing anything with the screen still white. i hold down the play button (off/on button) but it wont turn off. what is the best thing to do without resetting it?
