How can I fix white pixels?

It's very annoying, and this problem emerged last night. All images are heavily pixelated, and are hard to make out most of the time. Why is my computer doing this? And more importantly, how can I fix this??? Here's a picture I copied from my screen...

The problem I have is only in this computer, also, it's not the browser I'm using, already tried with others, anyone can help?

I am using a Dell desktop computer. First, I want to say that no pixels SHOULD be moving/dancing on the screen, but there are white and colored pixels moving on the LED monitor. This problem just started today and I am not sure at which point it began...

Today I found my camera underneath the couch. When I turned it on I noticed that at the top left part of the screen there was a white square, with a couple black marks. My mom said the pixels are broken and that I couldn't replace the camera. So what...

Is there anyway to repair the dead pixels on a 2000 Audi A6. The pixels on the dash are really bad and I can't use the navigation feature at all because of this. How do I repair it? What parts do I need to replace?
