How can i change my msn contacts to another account?

my msn has gone weird so i need to change me email, i have alot of contacts on my old one so id like to keep them, how do i change my msn account but keep contacts from my old one?

e.g i have msn , and i would like to change the email 'adress', but keep all the contacts , and pictures etc. how do you do this without creating a new email account ? like if i have randomname@hotmail.com , and i want to change it to diffferantname...
