How do I take the audio off a video in movie maker?

I want to take the audio off of a video im editing in windows live movie maker. Is there some way i can take the audio off of the video?

My mom has the iPhone which allows me to take a video and publish it onto youtube. But I cannot edit it on the phone or send it in an email because the video's are too long. So how do I get that video clip off of youtube so I can edit it on move maker...
