How long does it take for a Bell TV receiver to activate?

I just bought an additional receiver for a third TV that is in my room. Tonight I will hook it up and go to channel 275 and follow the self serve options on my main receiver. My question is how long will it take for it to actually activate? It says up to 24 hours, but I'm just wondering how long it takes based on other people's personal experiences. Thankssssss!
