What's the best brand of flip camera?

Whats the best digital camera brand that takes very clear pictures, very clear movies and best features on it.

Looking for a decent camera/camcorder to record & take good quality pics, only spending £70 whats the best brand out of Nikon, Vivitar & FujiFilm or any other suggestions?

I prefer cannon. But I cant find one cheap enough. Do you know where I can find one under 200$? I like the cannon because it goes black and white and you can have it point out a color. Whats a cheap place to get cameras? It there a better cheaper brand...
