Which is the best Canadian credit card to take overseas?

I was just wondering if any knew what the best credit card is to take on a Carribean cruise. Hope someone can help.

I ordered a laptop online at bestbuy.com. When you go to the store they take copies of your id and credit card. Why is this? Is this legal? How long are these details kept? it seems very unsafe to me.

My debt with credit card is only rm3800 but i have to take minimum rm 10k loan.So summary fm3800 with 18% vs rm 10000 with 5.1% per year..Pls give me advice.thanks
