Why won't iPod sync all songs?

i used mp3 converter to download my songs then i put them into itunes but they wont sync onto my ipod

it keeps saying that the music file thing cannot be found. and the only music that wont sync is music that i just downloaded off limewire today, and the other music that was already on my computer before i installed itunes works fine.
