How do i turn on add a tab to my tool bar?

how do I add the 'my favorites tab' and all it's contents from my old computer to the tool bar in my new computer?

I had my toolbar to where it would show up with the exact page I was on when I hit add tab. This worked much better for me than the yahoo search. I got an email from yahoo to upgrade toolbar, and now it's messed up. Please help!!!!
