What is a good but inexpensive HD monitor?

i just built my own pc, but problem is i have no monitor! What is a good, moderately priced hdmi monitor?

I am about to spend a lot of money on a new computer I built on Newegg. I just need a monitor around 20-24 inches. Something a little less than $200.

i play my xbox 360 on my 1920x1080 hd monitor through hdmi/dvi cable. althought the console settting is set hd at 1080p..it looks blurry and just not 1080p hd at all. why is this? what can i do to play it in real 1080p hd?
